When i do yoga level 2, I released the importance of having a good stomach. Yoga level 2 is not just about yoga asanas but a wholistic program which cleanse your body, breath and mind. You can feel the difference at the end of program that how much toxins have left your body. You can feel a sense of purity in body level. This experience helped me go deep in meditation.

Jai Gurudev , As the name of the course itself introduces about yoga but it was much more than it and it brought confidence, peace and serenity to my mind. Last month I had gone through the wierd experience of Corona but I still take pride to share with you all that this pandemic brought blessings for me in the form of 4 courses- Happiness course, Advanced course, Sahaj samaadhi and Sri Sri Yoga level 2. I am damn sure my good health would have allowed me to absorb much more from this course. I honestly feel I could not enjoy it as much I could have. I, from the core of my heart thank Swamiji for conducting the sessions in a beautiful way. I really admire his simplicity and feel blessed to learn the important chapters of life from him. His words go deeper not only till the heart and mind but also soul. Each course designed under the guidance of Gurudev is a bliss for the humanity. Whenever I complete any course I feel that, 'This is the best one'.
